Poor service capitec bank

Money was debited from my account for two month went there to complaint they could only stop my card but I won't be able to get my money back or even found out which company keeps taking my money from my credit card. They were no help and told me I will not get the money back. Imagine if this was all my salary then they don't even investigate the matter. At Standard bank I would be have able to reverse my money. Poor service
