Poor Service

I withdrew R2000 at capitec atm then i deposited the same amount to someone else using the same atm so i put the notes inside machine, after machine counted my notes it returned one 200 note when i checked it clipped the note on the side so i took the note inside capitec bank and told them what happened. They took the note and put it inside envilope and took my personal details as im also. Banking with capitec, they then told me the 200 note will be refunded back into my capitec account next day. Its been 3 days already still waiting for my note. Poor service.
