POOR SERVICE

I am writing this with sadness and disappointment my family made a claim on the 21st of this Month and we were told that the payout will take 48hrs till date we havent received the money

We are supposed to be burying our brother this weekend and we supposed to go to Eastern Cape tomorrow and how are we going to that with no money

Each and every month you guys make sure that you deduct on the agreed date but when now that we have lost our brother its taking you guys forever to do a payout

What do you want us to do? Must we take his body to your branches in order for you guys to take us serious?

We calling your offices almost every day and we receive sorry messages how is sorry going to bury our brother?
