Poor service at olieven plaza
Unfortunately I chose to visit this branch again, but now I'm forced as it is the nearer one. But their service is very poor, unprofessional and I see they do that to everyone even those who were infront of me Busisiwe by the door had a very bad customer service, the worst I'd rather pay more to go to a far branch or a different bank.the way she rolls her eyes, so unprofessional On the other hand, the manager, Joyce are sweet

I honestly did not expect this kind of unprofessionalism
Yes, I work in the same center as your staff but for the branch manager to report me to my manager, it's unfair and unprofessional.
For Kabelo to come to my work place to say I did wrong for reporting a bad service and they won't do any favor for the company I work for, it's unprofessionalism,
This company banks with you guys and I won't accept any threats made by your staff, no my colleague is asked to apologize to the branch, for what?
For me as a capitec client who did not receive good service?
I think it's time to change banks, why threaten me?
For your staff to call my colleagues that I reported bad service, unacceptable, at all.
