Poor Service at Capitec Dennilton Moutse Mall

Capitec Dennilton Moutse Mall offers disappointing service. I tried to open a business account after registering my company, but was sent 80 km away to Witbank instead of being assisted locally. The branch manager refused to help, claiming staff “cannot touch customers’ devices,” yet other branches like Groblersdal assisted me fully when opening a personal account. This inconsistency and lack of support is unacceptable local entrepreneurs deserve better service and accountability.
