poor service at capitec bank

Capitec bank has poor service very poor service... I am a capitec banker but due to the insufficient capitec atms around where I stay I have to use other banks for withdrawals. I withdraw money at an absa atm and the atm machine ddint dispense my full requested amount. I called capitec and went to them but got absolutely no help they refuse to communicate with absa regarding my reversal and absa keeps refering me back to them. All they say is that have lodged that complaint and it can take 30 days... 30 days to get my money back. This is pathetic.
