Poor Service and Queue ************** at Capitec Palm Springs Mall Branch

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the Capitec branch located at Palm Springs Mall( Orang farm/Stretford)I recently visited the branch to make a withdrawal, only to experience a long and slow-moving queue at the ATM. While I was patiently waiting, I noticed that certain individuals who work in the mall’s stores were being allowed to skip the queue and withdraw money ahead of the rest of us.

This practice is unfair and inconsiderate to other clients who also have places to be and responsibilities to attend to. We all have jobs, time constraints, and deserve to be treated equally. There is no signage or official communication from Capitec indicating that mall employees are allowed to bypass the queue, so this seems to be an informal and biased practice.

Capitec is known for its efficient service, but the experience at this branch was disappointing and unprofessional. I urge Capitec to investigate this matter and ensure that all clients are treated equally, with proper queue management in place, and I hear its a norm, customers complained to the manager but he is nonchalant.

I look forward to a response and a resolution to this issue.
