Poor. Service and *****

This Bank is a disaster pour service and no help what so ever called agent named Zanele ref call: 870262 coz there is ***** happening in my ACC n received poor service I transferred money from Capitec to discover bank Monday like I always do each month end only to find out when I called discovery the amount was reversed back by Capitec but doesn't exist on my Capitec ACC. I'm really frustrated and tired of this Bank now too much ***** and poor service from they help/***** line. I'd like to ask this ***** bank where is my money
