Poor Service

I logged a case with capitec end of Jan as i got ****med, I was told the ETA is 20-30 days for me to get feedback, i did all they requested from me like going to open a case and submit the affidavit. Till today everyday i follow up i'm being told they waiting for the other bank. The consultants don't even care nor go an extra mile while as their client i have lost 108 000 but they are so chilled,i cant call and whatapp the bank everyday to be told the same thing.
