Poor service
I am writing this review at Capitec Hillbrow, Pretorias street. I took my lunch break to come and resolve my issue regarding my account. To my suprise there are only 2 consultants helping people and the other 3 are just cheet chatting, doing a video call. I am very disappointed with the level of service provided in this branch. Why do you have to employ people that do not want to work yet there are a lot of people seeking for employment. If I can tell you I have been sitting here for an hour and not attended to?There is only 5 customers awaiting and we have to sit for so long. Really can this be attended to.
