Poor service

Capitec branch at waterfall mall in Rustenburg, Thier service is horrible and can be provocative. Just today around 10:00am I joined the cue to deposit money in their ATM as they were not offering the service inside the bank and waited till around 12:00 midday for atms to resert after the security personnel had done thier work inside the atms(those who move large sums of money).what bothered me is people whom instead of joining the cue,wld go inside the bank, talk few seconds with consultants they know and come out and perform transactions,Consultants acting as disguise.that coused anger amongs other customers as I was not the only one who saw this disrespectful behavior. Come on Capitec get your house in order,sort your stuff and also ensure your atms are functioning why put 3 ATMs and have 1 functioning at a Mall?.Do you hire managers?
