Poor Service

I logged a query about my airtime and was advised that I'd be contacted back within 24 hours and that was on 22 June 2015, yet still a week later, I still haven't received any feedback.<br> Does it take you guys a full week to check what happened to my airtime that I purchased using cell phone banking???<br> <br> Why set a expectation if you cannot fulfill it.. this is shocking, I'm not Impressed!
