Poor service

Sadly I had to wait 1hour 30min on the que to be told to come back tommorow, the employees at capitec bank Mall @ Lebo in Lebowakgomo came up to the que at said by 5 o'clock we will not be getting any help from them. I have been there hours before 5 o'clock and worst part is some ladies took thier purses and went shopping around 16:30 while we wait to be told to go back home.
