Poor service

I transfer money to the wrong account... Then I went to capitec bank in Gugulethu mall..... They told me there's only one thing they can do is to freeze that money..... And I must beg that guy to go to the nearest capitec bank to unfreeze the money and must go back to my account but the guy refuse to do so..... So I don't know anymore and that is giving me hell.
