Poor service

Yet again Capitec bank has offered me the worst service ever.So I have a loan with Capitec and my agreed debit order date was the second last day of the month,They went ahead and debit R110 from my savings account.After 3 phone calls to there customer care call centre they eventually had the R110 reversed but they charged me R25 for the reversal to be done.Firstly that is their mistake why I'm I paying a fee for their mistake!!!! I am furious at their poor service.
