Poor service

It is patetic that I am a client of capitec but I can not transfer money overseas. I need to pay my visas but visiting our brach I was informed that no money can be sent overseas so thus will let me cost my immigration. In thus matter capitec will pay me a salary from now on and I will end up in court with this matter because capitec are not willing to assist me. I must go to nedbank or FNB thus is not acceptable. Patetic service from cspitec bank.
