Poor service

I am very much unpleased with the service I am getting from Capitec, it is extremely poor amd I regret ever taking up my services with them. I opened up a business account and within that same month lost my job which resulted in me no longer being able to pay for my account on time, so I messaged them via email requesting a payment arrangement but the communication is extremely poor and what makes me very upset is that this will affect my credit score while they fail to provide proper services to their clients
