Poor service

This is absolutely ridiculous! How can my money just disappear from my account without my authorization? I called the ***** department and the lady just transferred me, leaving me on hold for 48 minutes with no answer! This is total garbage service. I want my money back, and I want it now! How can anyone let this happen? I demand immediate action and a resolution. This is beyond frustrating!
