Poor service
<p>I have 2 loans with Capitec bank, in April I requested for my loan statement the 1st loan had a closing balance of R44, 138.79 the 2nd one had a balance of R26, 271.86 then again now in Jan I requested my statements and to my surprise am still standing at R39, 873.14 and R23, 732.01 and a sum of R1,642.38 is deducted every month for loan 1 then R1,034.60 for loan 2!!!!! THIS IS TOTAL RIDICULOUS WHERE IS ALL MY MONEY GOIN TO IF I'VE NEVER SKIPPED ANY PAYMENTS!!! I WANT THIS SORTED my name is Thembalethu Maseko my numbers are ********** 765</p>
