Poor service

I went to capitec bank today in the morning to make a deposit of R950 and I was carrying R1000, I joined the queue for almost 5 minutes when I was about to make the deposit the cashier in the name of thara ramnath told me that they don't have a change of R50 and I ask her whether is capitec responsibility to look for a change or clients must move around looking for a change and she responded by saying it's client's responsibility to look for a change but the question is whose going to give you a change without buying something?

I try to contact their client care and I spoke to tiffany bowers and she ask me the name of the branch and I told her it's corner west street and aliwal Durban. In my surprise again she told me there's no branch of capitec in west street, she can't even process the complain because I don't know the address or else I must go back to the branch and ask for address. I contacted the client care again and this time I spoke to the lady called basetsane and she ask me what time did I make the deposit and I said it was around 09:03 in the morning than she said it was still early for them to have change, so basically at capitec bank it's client's responsibility to find change, moving around with your R10 000 asking shops and stores for change. In my opinion I think it is more risky to bank with them or even to use their services and most of their staff they don't even understand their business processes including customer care line.........Useless bank.
