poor service

<p>i nwent into the branch to apply for a loan because im an existing loan acc holder with capitec the loan is almost paid ad i wanted to take a bigger 1 and pay just 1 installment every month the consultant advised me that capitec has decided not to offer any1 that works for my company a loan without valid reasoning i have then shared this information with my hr dept who contacted the branch and still no valid feason given the branch mnager advised to rever with info 3days gone yet nothing i earn a decent salary and spend money responsibily can somebody assist me </p>
