Poor service

Capitec Branch in Stutterheim has poor service the ladies that work there dont do their jobs properly specially when elders request for help either on how to do a statement or need help at the ATM or how to download the banking app they would some how give you an attitude as to why i dont know many people complain about the service at that branch even if you would complain to the manager nothing would be done cause the manager has the same attitude as the staff. Where does one report such matters cause it cant go on like this customers get treated better at other branches in East London and King Williams Town great service but when it comes to the Stutt erheim branch it is the total opposite
