Poor service

<p>Walked in to the branch to recieve help due to the fact that they have blocked my account due to fica. To be told they are offline by Spha that is lying on the counter by the door. When i said to him my account ia blocked what am i supposed to do as i have no access to my funds he just told me does not care. </p>
