Poor service
Hello I had have very bad and poor service from Capitec Bank I've been banking with them for years. And on the 15th of August 2024 they decided to close my account without informing me. They say someone who send me money on my account their account was reported for *****. Then they closed my account due to that. I can't access my funds due that since then they haven't opened my account and my kids don't have food, I couldn't pay school fees nor rent. Please assist me with this problem at hand. They can keep their account if it comes to the push all I need is my money in their account.

It seems like the bank is not willing to assist me. The debt collectors are breathing on my nack now. All I need is my funds which are just sitting at capitec bank. I will be blacklisted for something I didn't even do. Now I cannot even access my own salary how will I cope till month end. My kids can be kicked out off school due to pending payments. They can keep their account but all I want is my funds to be transferred to my other account. I am so deeply disappointed with capitec after so many years banking with them this is how they say thank you for banking with us. Sies
