Poor service

On the 1st of july i withdrawn money 500rand from the nedbank atm with my capitec card at 10;19 on the screen it said it was successful withdrawn but the money didn't come out and i received a notification on my cellphone saying it went out i immediately went to the bank to report the issue now they teloling me it wil take 7 to 14 days for investigation which is not being fair cause i need to use the money hence i wanted to withdraw now i have to wait for them im not getting any feedback
