Poor service

I was retrenched about 10 years ago and my outstanding balance with capitec was settled with the insurance I took out with the loan. However Capitec listed me as account being handed over for collection, preventing me from obtaining another loan. How can the do that when the loan was covered???? Not impressed with this

Someone contacted me yesterday, the phone disconnected before anything could be discussed and no one made an effort to phone me back> When I tried phoning back no one answer!
