Poor service

I went to Capitec mall of africa and the queue to deposit is ridiculously long. I went to try and deposit inside and the lady (Keedy)at the front told me it's expensive if I do it inside. I don't really care, she then said they only take 3 deposits inside per day and they've already accepted 3 for the day. I find it ridiculously to have such a rule when they only have 1 ATM
