Poor service
Good day Could you please assist. I am Lettie Ngobeni looking for assistance I made payment to settle my personal loan account on the 20th December I have requested the bank to send me paid up letter the said they will assist me within the 2 days to get my letter now is 9 days waiting. I tried to call them they say I have send email 6th times and wait again for 7 days to get assist . I have to buy another airtime for 100 to contact them again so that I can get assistance
