Poor service

I have a credit card with Capitec and I'm no longer working. I paid the balance in full and want to close down the account as I am still not working. The lady at the branch was unable to close it down on the system and told me it would take 7 days!!! When I took the credit it was immediate I am very disappointed by the service and the credit card has still not been closed.
