Poor Service

I must say, this is the most unsafe bank you CAN EVER join, anyone and anything can go into your back and make transactions as they like. Money was deducted out of my account beginning of July as per the bank it was a wireless transaction back and forth I eventually got it back but now cant use my app or draw money every time I get a different response, now I need to wait till tomorrow if nothing after 8AM I Must go to the branch?????

Where is treating the customer fairly in this situation???
