Poor safety at Capitec Bank

Wanted to deposit a large amount of money into my account today. Capitec bank has no bank tellers available to do so. You need to stand in a unsecure que at the ATM were everyone can see all the money and rob you. The one branch refused to lower the security door so that I could do the transaction at the ATM. At another branch the inside teller was broken. The 3de branch refused to provide some form of security. It is about personal security to do a save transaction at the bank. Thinking of closing my account with them after 14 years and move to a bank were there is more safety fir their clients.
