Poor Response

hi<br> <br> we as Cofi polokwane have a complaint for poor service from capitec merchant services and its not the first time today we called the call centre three times and even after that they still went on and refused to give me the number of the regional manager. we are suffering to pay our bills because of their machines problems and connections and they give us a technician from Mokopane who now can only come and help us on Thursday or Friday and that wont be taken from the accounts that we have to pay
