Poor recall service

I made a wrong payment to a company on the 25th oct. I think the recall service on capitec is pathetic. Still I have no feed back and have not received the money. How is it that one can do a reverse payment from all banks but not capitec. I am very dissapointed and this is leaving me in the deep end.
