POOR POOR POOR SERVICE I WONT RECOMMEND

My daughter went to deposit money at Capitec ATM Boulders then after putting 2400 the machine went out of service she reported the matter and the case was logged because of the poor service they have they just paid back 1150 in her account and they say the case is closed ,how come can the case be close while they havent paid the whole amount .The service is so poor because they didnt even bother to contact her .I wish people can see how this bank operates and walk away while they still have something in their vabk the charges for their savings account are so sky rocking as in a cheque account ,poor service as always like when they listed me on itc even after they sold the account
