POOR DISGUISTING SERVICE!!!!

i am so disgusted with the level of service i have recieved from Capitec bank and not even to mention their collection agents the disprespect.I am Failing to understand how they can just transfer money out of my acoount !!! not even a debit order .I went into the branch at wynberg main road and not even the consultant could understand .she phoned the head office and then the agents dropped the call on her .I am giving capitec 2days to resolve this issue if not i will take this matter to the media as i dont feel safe banking with Capitec anymore !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!#DISSAPOINTEDCUSTOMER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
