Poor custumer service

I went to capitec bank in west str kempton park to make deposit amount of R10000 cash i was told deposit is not available i should go to kempton square , when i arrive there i got long queue i waited for it i was no 15 roughly when i approach atm i saw the is no deposit after i queued for 30mins outside then i went inside nd i was given no 403 i waited for queue about 7 mins again my number was called i gave the consulted my money she told me that if i make deposit of 10k its will charge me R270.00 for depositing inside i explain that im from west street i had to walk to square now i must me charged for something that is not my fault then she called a lady by name of Maphefo who doesn't know what is customer service , i explain that i cant be charged such amount of money im already from west str nd outside atm nd its not working she told me to go to other branches that i can make deposit ,capitec has put my life in danger imagine queuing nd take out such amount in full of people then you go inside then i had to leave with same money i tried to deposit anything could have happen ,nd it looks like the whole kempton park deposit its not available in atm now im stucked with cash .
