Poor customer service

Good evening, I'm writing to launch a complain against Capitec poor customer service. I have encountered a problem concerning my credit profile, I had two active loans with Capitec, in which both of them have been recently paid off. but the problem is that the other one on clear score it is still reflect as active even though it has been paid off. So I couldn't qualify to take another loan more than R10000 with Capitec due to this issue in which i resorted to Capitec customer service for assistance but unfortunately I couldn't receive any assistance i was hoping for since I have been transferred to consultant after consultant 7 times but still no consultant successfully assisted me except to keep on transferring me to another consultant until I gave up. so I wasted all the airtime for nothing. so I'm very disappointed as i need to make an urgent loan but I can't due to a problem that could have been resolved if it wasn't sale consultant incompetency.
