Poor customer service

On the 24 November 2021 I went to Protea Gardens mall capitec branch, because I did have a problem an issue with debit order which I didn't but it was active when I check my App. So the lady who was assisting me she was very rude not professional keeps on saying you not suppose to come here you must do it on your App and also your must call them by yourself to cancel it. She was not professional at all when I ask for Branch manager she took time to call the branch manager, I was not happy the way they treated me as customer
