Poor customer service

I was at your branch in Stellenbosch,I have a problem with my bank card sometimes the chip works other times it does not. I wanted to find out if they can replace my card the consultant tells me I have to pay R70 for a new card I ask him why so much he tells me it's a replacement card fee, I then ask him to call the manager his name is wynrig I asked him if he can't override the fee he tells me straight no and walks away what customer service is that it's not like in banking with capitec for few weeks have a look on my profile it's more than 12 years If that's the issue then I close my account and take my business elsewhere
