Poor customer service - Capitec Alberton City

On Saturday, November 2, I visited the Capitec branch at Alberton City, where I experienced exceptionally poor customer service from Bunhle. I was waiting in line with my queue number in hand, but when it was my turn to be served, I was instructed to return to the line. I would like a formal explanation for this incident and an official apology.
