Poor customer service
I'm so fed up with this set-off that l keep on paying them that I know nothing of, the hidden charges of Capitec are getting on me and I am really tired of this

10 Jul 2024, 12:15Using Capitec without a clear Camera phone, you won't use their app, yesterday l wanted to do a payment then it requires a selfie, I borrowed a phone since I stay in the village far away from their branch as on their whatsapp said I should go to the branch. Today in the morning samething happens had to go and borrow the phone, now again so what is the use of having this Bank app? And why don't they specify that if you don't have a good camera Capitec Bank is not for you? I am ****ed by this Bank service and their whatsapp team that are useless
