Poor customer service

Capitec bank in tramshed Pretoria. ATM Not working the lady at the door sending everyone to other branches. Reason being the tellers are busy at the back. It is very frastrating to expirienve such on Month end. After waiting and waiting the tellers appeared from the back ND the depositing was now possible
