Poor customer service
I'm not happy with the process of my refunds from Rain, as I've more than 10 days waiting for that money yet Capitec will send me a text of pending refund, when money going out or debited I never received any text of pending debited transaction. I'm more than disappoint with this this and I don't see the come back of this. I'm a gonne customer
