Poor customer service.

Capitec mafikeng (North West Mall) poor poor poor customer service,made my heavily pregnant wife wait outside,while I had to get inside to get my app fixed. When I asked why ,they say they have right of admission. The problem I have is how rude the manager and the stuff was in detailing all of this.
