Poor customer service

I have never seen such a thing, I went to a Capitec in Ermelo the one near Wimpy, I wanted to make a deposit at the ATM only to find the ATM was not taking deposits I go inside and I was told they can't assist me as they don't make deposits in side only the ATM it's never happened before just the other day I made a deposit in a Capitec branch in Johannesburg just need clearity if this true that Capitec doesn't take deposit inside the branch anymore
