Poor customer service

<p>In 2013/10/08 i went at capitec bank to apply for a loan of R20 000 by then I didn't have the card with them nor knew their services,the consultant helped me and said I was approved of that loan then I was told because I'm using standard bank should be transferred to the standard bank and can only get it tomorrow and come back for a contract that following day and I told him I won't be around lydenburg and he said it's ok come back anytime but I got R20000 in my standard bank that morning 09/10. Then I went back serveral times for a contract to be signed and told me he'd look for it probably misplaced it I forgot about it besides I already had money and ate it.And lately had an Capitec App and was just going through it then I was suprised when I got that my initial loan I made was R30050 then went back at the lydenburg branch where I made loan for a contract,I then got it with wrong address,forged signature,no proof of resident,no ID copy and incomplete 3 months bank statements because contract says I app**** for a loan on the 09/10 and I told the manager I app**** on the 08/10 hence the 3 months statements ended 08/10.Then last month I logged the case at capitec complaints with the lady by Syndora Smith,,,,I then called her back some time later and told me she'll call later or tomorrow then I later got the message that my case was now logged with Riaan Jacobs which I called again looking for him and said he'll call me late which was 3 days ago until today I got no call.Capitec is a horrible bank I ever seen from the branch to the customer complaints department.And I won't rest until the matter solved and got my money back I paid them already for the loan I didn't apply for.</p>
