Poor conduct of staffs

On the 14 November 2020 while busy shopping at the Festival Mall in Kempton Park, my wife had re**** that her debit card was missing in her wallet. She decided to make a new card at the branch. When I accompanied her to the branch in the mall, an employer stopped me at the entrance and told me that I'm not allowed to enter because of the pandemic. I enquire why was two people sitting next to a consultant in the branch. The lady said it was a parent and child. This lady had no name tag displayed. Another lady with a name tag of Cendra then arrived. I spoke to her and asked her why the bank is not displaying signs showing a person accompanying someone to the bank cannot enter. Both women went behind the glass door and started giggling making fun of me. Disgusting as I am also banking there.
