Poor Communication

Hello Capitec. I alerted you a while ago that I would be repatriating some of my money invested with Allan Gray Offs****. You asked me to complete your Standing Instruction and Indemnity form which I did and received your acknowledgement.

When the money arrived yesterday you again asked me to complete the form and after reminding you that this was done, I was bombarded with a lot of questions on your mobile assistant which, as an elderly person, I found confusing.

If you have further questions, please mail these to me and I shall answer, sign and return as soon as possible. Imagine receiving these questions while driving or in another difficult situation.. Looking forward to a speedy resolution to this matter and the receipt of my money.
