Poor communication and *******y holding my money

We have opened a business account and we deposited money from our personal accounts in to the business so that the business account can have money. Capitec closed the account without making us aware because they claimed that they needed information which they got to ask and we submitted now the account is still closed for more than 10 days now and they are still not saying anything. We fought but they still have our money with more that 20 Million clients capitec is failing me. The graphic designer came to my house looking for her logo design fee I called capitec to hear the noise in my house and they did not care. I am paying interests to the lady in question and had to per her interest from my personal capitec account on the amount that I still today owe her. An apology won’t work with me. Till today I received no communication from capitec
