Poor communication
On the 04.07.2021 i withdraw R250 from Capitec Spark ATM at Aiport industria and I only got R50. I reported the incident on the 07.07.2021 and i was told the Turn around time is 7 days. I went back on the 14.07.2021 and now i was told the TAT is 30 days. I went today 10.08.2021 i was told the incident is completed i got all my money that day 04.07.2021. I was not contacted to be told that the incident is completed.
I need more explanation
